Heatex Heat Exchangers are available in a wide range of different frame designs. The standard frames are mentioned in the product data sheet for each model. Depending of model and width other frame designs are produced on special request. All frameworks also available painted.

Dampers
Suitable for close/open bypass exchanger section in connection with crossflow plate heat exchangers. Profiles and damper wings in aluminium and driving wheels in plastic. The Heatex dampers has visible wheels for better inspection sight and easier cleaning.

Calculation software
Heatex computer program for Windows can be used for different calculations of Heatex heat exchangers for ventilation/airconditioning. The program is easy to use and gives a complete and clear information of performance data. It also includes energy saving calculation, mollier diagram, engineering specifications, gross prices etc.

Model H
The Heatex Model H exchanger is characterized by the fact that the plates, made of raw or epoxy coated aluminium, are corrugated. Heat transfer is improved by the surface creating turbulence. The increased turbulence occurs without any filth erecting stagnation points and speed changes. This way the whole exchanger is utilized to the maximum.

Model options
Painted frame work includes sealed joints in the frame work, which we recommend for very wet and humid applications. All Heatex aluminium exchangers are available with epoxy coated aluminium plates for improved corrosion resistance

Model B
Rotating Heat Exchanger in Casing. • The wheel is available in aluminum, epoxy coated aluminum, or aluminum with hygroscopic surface. • Wheels for vertical mounting are available with either ball or slide bearing. Wheels for horizontal mounting are supplied with a special adapted ball bearing. • The casing is available as standard with all six sides covered with plates (non-insulated), that are easily removed for service.

Model R
Model R (Rhombical). Aluminum and aluminum with epoxy coating. The R Model is designed for high efficiency and occupies a minimum space in built in applications. The plates in Heatex´s model R are smooth, allowing dirt to pass through the channels without lodging and thus fouling the exchanger.
